ORDERS & SHIPPING
We use DHL and Finnish Posti for our deliveries. DHL is used for all international orders and Finnish Posti for shipments in Finland. We ship all orders within four days of receiving them.
Please note! We only charge you for the product price and delivery. If you are making your purchase from a non-EU country, you will be responsible for the possible import charges, such as import duties, customs and taxes.

Click & Collect – Free
Click & Collect (Pick up from our flagship store in Helsinki): You can purchase a product online and then pick it up without any shipping charges from our flagship store within three days. You will receive a text message once your package is ready to be picked up.
Andiata.com offers 20 days of returns, valid from the day you place your order. The merchandise must be in original condition and must not be worn, altered or washed. All tags must still be attached.
When returning an item, please follow the instructions on the return form that came with your package. When you return your item, always save your return tracking number until confirmation of arrival. If the return label or return form was misplaced, please contact customer service. If you wish to exchange your order to another size, please contact customer service prior so we can verify the availability.
Please note that if you made your purchase within the European Union, your return must also be made from a country within the European Union. All returns within Finland are free.
Refunds will be processed within 3 days, after your items are received in the warehouse.
Please note: it may take 5-30 working days for the refund to appear in your bank statement. This is dependent on the card issuers and is out of our control. Your refund will be credited to the same card used when the order was placed. If we are unable to do this (i.e. the card is declined, cancelled or has expired), please contact Customer Service and we will refund you through a bank transfer.
