Our online shop offers different currency options which are automatically converted from the EUR prices and are therefore viable for changes.
Product prices include the current valid value added tax (VAT) of 25,5%, when our site identifies the user to be located in an EU country. When ordering outside EU, the amount you pay in the checkout includes all applicable customs duties & taxes. The prices that we have indicated at the time of the order are the valid prices for the customer throughout the buying process period.
Andiata Oy reserves the right to cancel an order in the case of a clear price error in our online store. A clear price error means, that the price of the product differs clearly and significantly from the real price of the product (for example, if the product has a price of 0.00 euros, or an item has no price at all). In such a case, the incorrect price differs so clearly from the right price, that the customer shall be considered to have understood the price information as incorrect.
We occasionally offer promotional benefits, discount codes, and other special offers. These benefits are valid for the specified period and subject to offer-specific terms and conditions. The discount code must be entered during the checkout process before payment in order to redeem the offer. Discounts are valid only for the period specified and cannot be applied retroactively to orders placed prior to the promotion. The total price of your order will be shown at checkout, and by finalizing the purchase, you acknowledge and accept the stated price.
NEWSLETTER SUBSCRIPTION
You can subscribe to our newsletter voluntarily by providing your email address. We use your information to send you our newsletter and to offer subscriber benefits or promotions.
Newsletter subscribers receive a 10% discount code for their first order. The code is personal and cannot be combined with other discounts, campaigns, or used for previous purchases. If you return your order, the benefit will be forfeited.
We keep our mailing list up to date by regularly removing subscribers who have not opened our newsletters within a certain period (for example, one month). This ensures that our communication remains relevant and that we handle personal data responsibly.
You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included in each email.
CUSTOMER ACCOUNT
Only one customer account is allowed per person on our website. If we detect that the same details (such as home address and phone number) have been used across multiple accounts, we reserve the right to merge those accounts into a single account. This policy is in place to prevent the misuse of benefits and to ensure that we offer fair advantages to all our customers. Your personal data will only be processed in accordance with the agreed terms, and we fully comply with applicable privacy policies.
BINDING AGREEMENT
Once Andiata Oy has sent a separate order confirmation (the “Order Confirmation”) to the customer’s email address, a binding agreement exists between both parties. The Order Confirmation is sent as soon as the order is received. If you do not receive an Order Confirmation within two (2) business days of placing your order, please contact our Customer Service.
You cannot cancel an order once it has been processed. You may submit a cancellation request to our Customer Service, but please note that we generally respond within 1–2 business days, so your request may not reach us in time. Carefully check your order items (colors, sizes), address details, and contact information before placing your order. If an order is returned to us as undeliverable, we will charge a fee for the undelivered package according to our price list and will not resend the order.
All purchases made through a customer’s registered account are considered the customer’s orders. Therefore, it is important that the customer keeps their account information secure and does not allow others to access it.
In certain cases, Andiata Oy reserves the right to reject a customer’s order. Andiata Oy also does not guarantee the availability of online store products in all cases.
DELIVERY
We process orders as usual within three business days. Orders are handled in the order in which they are received. The processing time is an estimate, and customers have the right to cancel their order if there is a significant delay. Please note that during busy sales periods and promotional campaigns, order processing and delivery may take longer. We will send a separate email to the customer when the order is ready for shipment. Andiata Oy is not responsible for any consequences resulting from a potential delay in delivery.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the contact and address details entered for the order, as well as the products selected. Before making a payment, the customer must verify that all information provided in the order is correct and up to date, and that the selected products are the ones they wish to receive. If an order is shipped from our online store warehouse with incorrect information, you are responsible for providing the correct details to the shipping carrier. If a shipment is returned to our warehouse due to incorrect or incomplete information, we will charge a handling fee for the undelivered shipment, and the order will not be resent.
If you have selected the wrong product for your order, you may submit a request to our customer service to exchange it for the correct item. Please note, however, that responses are generally provided within 1–2 business days, so your request may not reach us in time. Carefully check your order items (colors, sizes) before placing your order.
PRE-ORDERS
We offer selected items with the option for pre-order, before these products are available in our stores. The estimated release date for the pre-order item is included in the product information, and they have the option “Pre-order Now” rather than “Add to Cart”. Please know, that the actual release date for any item may change due to events out of our control. If you have pre-ordered an item, and the initial release date is delayed, you will receive a notification from us.
When ordering an item available for pre-order, you will be charged immediately. Once your pre-ordered item(s) are shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation from us.
Note! If you pay the pre-order with an invoice, you may have to pay the invoice before the product arrives.
PAYMENTS
All our online store payments and refunds are handled by Shopify Payments, Klarna (EURO-countries), PayPal or Paytrail (in Finland). There are local variations depending on shipping destination. We do not store our customers’ bank or credit card numbers. You can read more about the payment methods we offer here.

KLARNA (in EURO-countries)
- When you choose to use the Klarna invoice as your payment method, it will be sent to you by email from Klarna once we have shipped your order, and the due date will be the one stated during the buying process. No extra costs will be added, when you choose the invoice option.
- Please note, that you will always be required to provide a complete personal identification number when you choose the Klarna invoice as your form of payment. At the time of purchase, Klarna checks the creditworthiness of the buyer. This may also include checking credit information from the credit information service. In the credit rating, Klarna mainly examines the following issues: 1) past payment history with Klarna, 2) the amount of the purchase and 3) external information Klarna retrieves from the credit information service (in this case you will receive a message stating that the information has been retrieved from the credit information service). In other words, it is a combination of various factors by which Klarna evaluates your credit rating. If the payment does not go through with the invoice option, you can place an order with any other payment method we offer.

If you choose the Klarna invoice option as a form of payment, Klarna will, at the time of purchase, pay the full price of the order to Andiata Oy. Thus Klarna will be entitled to the claim, and Klarna will send a payment reminder, if the payment is not paid by the due date. For this Klarna will charge a reminder fee of € 5.00. Klarna will also charge interest for late payment according to the Interest Act. If, despite payment reminders, the claim is still outstanding, Klarna may transfer the claim to the debt collection agency, which may result in additional costs. GIFT CARDS
The Andiata gift cards bought from the webshop are valid at the Andiata online stores and physical store in Helsinki, Finland an Paris, France. Gift cards are valid for six (6) months from the date of purchase. Returns do not affect the validity of the gift card, and we do not provide reminders of the expiration date in connection with returns. It is the customer’s responsibility to use the gift card within the validity period. We are under no obligation to extend the validity period of the gift card.
RETURNS
Products purchased from our online store have a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your order. If you exceed this timeframe, unfortunately, we won't be able to offer a refund, store credit, or exchange. The return period begins from the time the order is collected, and it is sufficient that the return has been registered and handed over for shipment within 14 days of receiving the order – the return parcel does not need to arrive at our warehouse within this time frame.
The return conditions for online purchases:
- The product must be unused
- The product must be clean, tidy, and in resalable condition.
- Price tags are in place
- All accompanying printed materials and envelopes must also be returned.
Please check the items immediately after receiving them so that any returns can be handled smoothly.
Return instructions:

You may choose an alternative return method if you prefer. However, please note that in this case you are fully responsible for all return-related costs, including any customs clearance and handling fees. Please also note that we are unable to track the return shipment on your behalf when using an alternative method. Please note that the return must be delivered directly to the online store, Andiata Oy Kuortaneenkatu 5, 00520 Helsinki. We do not collect shipments delivered to pickup points.
If you encounter any issues while creating your return, please contact our customer service (customerservice@andiata.fi), and wait for our instructions. Once you have contacted us regarding your return, you may wait for further instructions at your convenience – this will not affect your return rights or return period. If you arrange the return in the meantime in a way other than according to our instructions, you will be responsible for all return-related costs.

A return shipping fee is charged for each returned parcel, meaning that the return fee applies even if you return only part of the items from your order.

We reserve the right to block future purchases for up to 12 months for customers whose return behavior is exceptionally frequent or raises suspicion of misuse. This applies especially to repeated, unusually large, or otherwise atypical returns compared to usual purchasing behavior.
Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged for money. In case you would like to return a product purchased with a gift card, we will refund your purchase back to the gift card. This way you can re-use the returned value in your next order. Please note that this does not extend the original expiration date of the gift card (6 months from date of delivery).
PRODUCT EXCHANGES
To exchange an item bought at our online shop, please return the unwanted product and place a new order online.
RECLAMATIONS
A complaint must be submitted within a reasonable time after receiving the product. Please contact us as soon as you notice a potential defect or have reason to suspect an issue. Please check the products immediately upon delivery to ensure that any complaint can be handled as smoothly as possible.
If you purchased the product from our Helsinki or Paris store, please contact the store directly. If you purchased the product from a retailer, please contact their customer service.

We will respond to your message as soon as possible, usually within 1–2 business days. Please kindly note that during discount and promotional periods, and shortly after they end, our customer service may experience higher volumes than usual. We appreciate your patience.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS & MEASUREMENTS
We strive to ensure that product measurements, materials, and colors are presented as accurately as possible on our online store. However, please note that colors may vary depending on the display settings of your device.
The measurements provided on the website are approximate and can be used as a guide to assess the model and fit of the product. Actual measurements may slightly differ from the stated ones due to factors such as the material used in manufacturing.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product in accordance with our return policy.
BATCH DIFFERENCES & POSSIBLE VARIATIONS
We cannot guarantee that all items, for example, in a clothing set, come from the same production batch. Especially during restocking, or when items in a set are ordered separately or with a longer time between purchases, there may be slight differences in color or fabric characteristics.
We recommend checking your items immediately upon receipt so that any returns can be handled smoothly if you are not completely satisfied.
