Payments & Coupon codes
I have a gift card from your Helsinki Store. Can i use it online?
We have recently changed our gift card system. If you have purchased your gift card after 20/4/2023 the card is automatically available both online and in store. If you have purchased it earlier and having trouble of placing order online or in store, please contact us.
How do i use coupon code?
You can get a coupon code that entitles you to a discount by activating the coupon code on your shopping cart page at checkout (On the upper right corner). Enter the code in the Coupon code field and click the “Apply” button.
Please note that the use of a coupon code may be limited to certain products and for a limited time only. Also, the code cannot be used for previous purchases or combined with other discounts.
I used a one-time coupon code on an order that i returned. Can i use the same coupon code again?
You cannot reuse a one-time coupon code, regardless if you have returned the order you originally used the one-time discount code on.
Returns & Exchanges
I have received a defective product. What do I do?

Please tell us your order number, the product and how the product is defective. You can send an e-mail with an attachment of the defective product.
I have received a wrong product. What do I do?
We are sorry for sending you a wrong product. Please contact our customer service and we will help you get the right product for you. You can contact us by using the form on the Customer Service page,

Can I change the size or product of my order?
To exchange an item bought at our online shop, please return the unwanted product and place a new order online. You can return your order within 14 days from the delivery date of your order.
Returning/exchanging items from UK: Can I get my custom duties back if I return or exchange an item?
To exchange an item bought at our online shop, please return the unwanted product and place a new order online. You can return your order within 14 days from the delivery date of your order.
When returning from a non-EU country, Andiata will not reimburse any possible taxes, import customs or fees paid to DHL.
To claim a refund on customs duties for goods that you have returned you’ll need to fill out different customs forms based on the courier that delivered your items.
Apply for amendment of the customs clearance decision within 90 days of the declaration. When submitting the export declaration to Customs you will need
- an order confirmation, invoice or receipt indicating the value of the goods
- a free form statement explaining that you are returning the goods
- the commodity code of the goods at the level of eight digits.
Please note that, in addition to the export declaration submitted to Customs, the transport company may need its own declarations. Please check this with the transport company. We kindly ask you to contact the Customs or DHL to submit the export declaration. The Customs and DHL will contact us for further information, if needed. Please note, that seeking a refund on the VAT and import charges paid may take some time.
Can I change sizes of my Click & Collect order at the Helsinki Store?
You can return the wrong size to the shop - which means your order will be cancelled and returned with the payment method you have chosen in the webshop.
Then you can purchase another size, by paying it to the store with card or cash - or placing a new click & collect order in the webshop.
I did not get a return slip or pre-paid return label in the package. What should I do?
You can ask for a new return slip or pre-paid return label from our customer service.
Can I return a Posti or DHL shipment to the Helsinki store?
Yes, you can within 14 days of receiving the order, if the product is unused and tags are still on. Please prepare to show your oder confirmation. The refund is done with the same payment method as you have used in the webshop.
Can I return several orders in the same return package?
Yes, you can. Returning all orders in the same package reduces transportation emissions. Note, that Click & Collect orders should always be returned to the Helsinki Store.
Can I cancel my order before receiving it?
You cannot cancel the order if it has been processed. Not collecting the package is also not enough for canceling. You need to pick up the package and return it with a return label provided in the package.
If the package is not picked up and the carrier returns it to our warehouse, we will charge a 10€ (100 SEK) return fee.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
Refunds will be processed within three days after your items have been received at our warehouse. Notice, if you have chosen a shipping option other than the cheapest one available, no additional shipping costs are refunded.
Please note: it may take 2-14 working days for the refund to appear in your bank statement. This is dependent on the payment method you have used, and is out of our control. If you have chosen to pay with credit card, your refund will be credited to the same card used when the order was placed. On some occasions we may be unable to do this, if i.e. the card is declined, cancelled or has expired. If you have not received your refund in the expected time, please contact Klarna or PayPal, depending on the payment method you have originally chosen.

I subscribed Andiata Newsletter list but didn't receive any emails or coupon codes.

I can't see any images or content in Andiata Newsletter emails.
Unfortunately this is common issue with Outlook emails. When you open the email, you can click on top of it: "This sender is safe, show images".
You can also do the following steps:
Show content from unknown sender.
1. Sign in to Outlook.com.
2. Click the gear/cog icon on the top right part of your Outlook.com.
3. Choose More mail settings.
4. Click Filters an reporting.
5. Under Block content from unknown senders.
6 Click or enable Show attachments, pictures and links for senders with good reputations.
7. Click Save.
