• Receive clients at the boutique and provide an exceptional client
  service, respecting the standards of Andiata
• Maintain a beautiful presentation of products in store, assuring they are
  well arranged and highlighted elegantly
• Help clients with their shopping by advising them according to their
  needs and preferences.
• Maintain a keen understanding of our product assortment and
  qualities.
• Manage all client payments and store expenses, including monthly
  bookkeeping
• Follow up with clients on their requests or any orders made in store.
• Follow all security measures to assure the store is locked and all
  merchandise is safe when not in store.
• Weekly stock & inventory maintenance.
• Coordinate all stock logistics for the boutique.
• Organise seasonal collection launch events in store
• Manage any other tasks reasonable to the objectives of the boutique.

• Experience selling womenswear

• Excellent communication skills and client service.

• Product knowledge and capacity to present convincingly.

• Capacity to work autonomously.

• Positive attitude, friendly with a professional disposition.

• Capacity to manage all financial transactions with precision.

• Capacity to work in a dynamic environment and to adapt to rapidly
evolving client needs.

• English & basics in french are essential, other languages are useful

• Flexibility to work on an evolving schedule, including weekends and
holidays.

• Accueillir chaleureusement les clients dans la boutique et fournir un service client exceptionnel et en respectant les standard de la collection Andiata.

• Assurer la présentation attrayante des produits dans la boutique, en veillant à ce qu'ils soient bien rangés et mis en valeur.

• Conseiller et assister les clients dans leurs achats en leur proposant des produits correspondant à leurs besoins et à leurs préférences.

• Maintenir une connaissance approfondie des produits disponibles dans la boutique.

• Gérer les transactions de vente, y compris l'encaissement des paiements et l'émission des reçus.

• Assurer la clôture quotidienne des transactions en garantissant l’équilibre financier

• Assurer les suivis avec les clients sur leurs demandes et les commandes désirées et ou effectuées.

• Suivre les procédures de sécurité et de protection des biens de la boutique.

• Gérer ses stocks et effectuer les inventaires hebdomadaire.

• Coordonner toute la logistique du stock.

• Effectuer toute autre tâche raisonnable demandée en relation avec les objectifs de la boutique

• Organisation des événements de lancement de nouvelles collections
avec les clientes à la boutique

• Expérience dans la vente de PaP femme.
  
• Excellentes compétences en service à la clientèle et en communication.
  
• Connaissance des produits et capacité à les présenter de manière persuasive.
  
• Aptitude à travailler de manière autonome.
  
• Attitude positive et amicale, avec une présence professionnelle.
  
• Capacité à gérer les transactions financières avec précision.
  
• Capacité à travailler dans un environnement dynamique et à
  s'adapter rapidement aux besoins changeants des clients.
  
• Maîtrise de plusieurs langues étrangères est un plus.
  
• Flexibilité pour travailler selon un horaire variable, y compris les weekends et les jours fériés.
