RENEWABLE DIESEL

HVO100 is a hydrogenated vegetable oil made from raw materials (such as animal fat waste from the food industry, recycled cooking oil or fish fat from the fishing industry) that do not release any new carbon dioxide into the atmosphere. In addition, HVO100 is a fuel that is fully compatible with most diesel engines and diesel fuel distribution infrastructure, which makes it possible to use vehicles that previously ran on fossil fuels. At Andiata, we take our commitment to the planet seriously.

That's why we proudly partner with DHL Express, utilizing sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) via the GoGreen Plus service to deliver your orders. By investing in sustainable aviation fuel, we actively reduce the CO2e emissions associated with our shipments, minimizing our carbon footprint. We believe it's our responsibility to do what's right for the planet, and we want to empower our customers to make a positive impact too. Together, let's embrace sustainable practices and contribute to a greener future. Thank you for choosing [Your Webshop Name] and joining us in making a difference for our planet.

SAF is currently the primary route to reducing carbon emissions in aviation, so this is the most effective way to help our customers make their orders more sustainable.

Embracing SAF is not only essential for meeting sustainability goals but also paves the way towards a greener future in the air transportation industry

After placing your order, you will receive the order confirmation email. Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive another email containing a tracking code. You can also access your order through the VIEW ORDER link at the bottom of the email. Please note that for pre-orders, the estimated shipping time is stated on the product page and may vary from 1-3 months.

If you cannot locate your package and the tracking link says it's been delivered, please check these steps:

• Ask your household members (and neighbors if possible)
• Check around your property as it is possible that the parcel was left there.
• Reach out to your local courier to confirm the delivery status.

If after all these checks you still cannot locate your package, please contact us as soon as possible. We will then start an official investigation with the courier.

We appreciate your patience as it could take a few weeks to get fully solved and we will keep you updated of how we will proceed.

Once your order has been placed, you might still be able to update your delivery address, but this will depend on the status of your order.

Please contact us to provide the new and complete delivery address.

A) If the delivery hasn't been shipped yet, we can update the address.

B) If the order is already shipped, reach out to your local courier to provide the correct address. However we can't promise on behalf of the courier that this will be possible.

Should the shipment be returned to our warehouse due to incorrect or incomplete contact or address details, we will charge a handling fee for the uncollected package and will not re-dispatch the order.

If you have selected the wrong product for your order, you may submit a request to our customer service to exchange it for the correct item. Please note, however, that responses are generally provided within 1–2 business days, so your request may not reach us in time. Carefully check your order items (colors, sizes) before placing your order.
Once the order is shipped, any returns and reordering of products are the customer’s responsibility.

You cannot cancel the order if it has been processed. Not collecting the package is not enough for canceling. You need to pick up the package and return it.

The pick-up time of the package will be announced with the order, and if the package is returned to us undelivered, we will charge a handling fee for the uncollected package and will not re-dispatch the order.

No, this delivery option is free. However, you have to pick up the order from the Andiata Helsinki Store, Kasarmikatu 46–48 within 7 days after receiving the pick-up email.

Please note that after 7 days, the package will be returned to the main storage, and we will reserve 30€ handling cost from your order.

You have to pick up the order in 7 days after receiving the pick-up email. Please note that after 7 days, the package will be returned to the main storage, and we will reserve 30€ handling cost from your order.

In case you are unable to pick up the package in 7 days, please contact our store right away and ask if they are able to extend the time. However, we always recommend collecting your order on time, as we cannot always guarantee an extension of the collection period due to limited storage space. The order can also be collected by another person with a signed authorization.
