General Shipping Guidelines
WHAT ARE THE GENERAL PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIMES FOR ONLINE ORDERS?
We normally process orders within 1-3 business days of receiving them. Andiata Oy responds to, and processes orders in the order we have received them. We will send the customer a separate email notification, once their order is ready to be shipped.
Andiata Oy is not responsible for any damages caused by a possible delay in delivery.
A) IF THE PRODUCT IS IN STOCK:
The delivery time depends on the shipping company and delivery address you choose, once the product has been picked up from our warehouse by the carrier. Orders within Finland typically arrive within 2–4 business days after dispatch. Orders outside the EU usually arrive within 3–5 business days after dispatch, although customs procedures may extend this timeframe depending on the country.
B) IF THE PRODUCT IS AVAILABLE FOR PRE-ORDER:
Please note that all items in your order will be shipped together based on the estimated delivery week of the pre-order item, which may vary between 1–3 months. If you wish to receive the other items sooner, please place a separate order for the pre-order product.

Andiata is a Finnish-based company, and we ship from our headquarters and warehouse in Finland to all destinations worldwide, excluding Russia.

Delivery
WHERE IS MY ORDER AND HOW TO TRACK IT?
After placing your order, you will receive the order confirmation email. Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive another email containing a tracking code. You can also access your order through the VIEW ORDER link at the bottom of the email. Please note that for pre-orders, the estimated shipping time is stated on the product page and may vary from 1-3 months.
MY PACKAGE IS MISSING, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If you cannot locate your package and the tracking link says it's been delivered, please check these steps:
- Ask your household members (and neighbors if possible)
- Check around your property as it is possible that the parcel was left there.
- Reach out to your local courier to confirm the delivery status.
If after all these checks you still cannot locate your package, please contact us as soon as possible. We will then start an official investigation with the courier.
We appreciate your patience as it could take a few weeks to get fully solved and we will keep you updated of how we will proceed.
HOW CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?
Once your order has been placed, you might still be able to update your delivery address, but this will depend on the status of your order.
Please contact us to provide the new and complete delivery address.
A) If the delivery hasn't been shipped yet, we can update the address.
B) If the order is already shipped, reach out to your local courier to provide the correct address. However we can't promise on behalf of the courier that this will be possible.
Should the shipment be returned to our warehouse due to incorrect or incomplete contact or address details, we will charge a handling fee for the uncollected package and will not re-dispatch the order.
I SELECTED A WRONG ITEM FOR MY ORDER. WHAT CAN I DO?
If you have selected the wrong product for your order, you may submit a request to our customer service to exchange it for the correct item. Please note, however, that responses are generally provided within 1–2 business days, so your request may not reach us in time. Carefully check your order items (colors, sizes) before placing your order.
Once the order is shipped, any returns and reordering of products are the customer’s responsibility.
I CHANGED MY MIND AND I DON'T WANT THE PACKAGE AT ALL. WILL YOU CANCEL THE ORDER?
You cannot cancel the order if it has been processed. Not collecting the package is not enough for canceling. You need to pick up the package and return it.
The pick-up time of the package will be announced with the order, and if the package is returned to us undelivered, we will charge a handling fee for the uncollected package and will not re-dispatch the order.
Click & Collect from Helsinki Store, Finland
DO I HAVE TO PAY IF I CHOOSE CLICK & COLLECT?
No, this delivery option is free. However, you have to pick up the order from the Andiata Helsinki Store, Kasarmikatu 46–48 within 7 days after receiving the pick-up email.
Please note that after 7 days, the package will be returned to the main storage, and we will reserve 30€ handling cost from your order.
HOW LONG DO YOU KEEP MY CLICK & COLLECT ORDER IN THE STORE? CAN I EXTEND THE TIME?
You have to pick up the order in 7 days after receiving the pick-up email.
Please note that after 7 days, the package will be returned to the main storage, and we will reserve 30€ handling cost from your order.
In case you are unable to pick up the package in 7 days, please contact our store right away and ask if they are able to extend the time. However, we cannot always to promise to extend the time, due to limited amount of storage space.
