FINANCE INTERN

The Role 

We are looking for a motivated university intern to support our Finance & Operations Manager in a wide range of tasks. We want to offer you a versatile work experience in a Finnish fashion house. 

Responsibilities 

Your tasks will vary depending on the internship period and the team's needs. Your responsibilities may include: 

• Assisting with month-end close reporting and payroll data preparation 
• Accounts receivable and payable monitoring: invoice processing, reminders, and collections 
• Compiling weekly summaries and reports for internal use 
• Expense tracking and supporting the development of monitoring processes 
• Supporting sales channel budgeting and target tracking 
• Exploring and experimenting with internal AI tools as part of the team 
• Ad hoc tasks as part of a multidisciplinary team 

What We're Looking For 

• You are studying business, financial administration, or a related field, and the internship is part of your degree 
• Interest in financial administration, data, and digital processes 
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn independently 
• A meticulous and systematic working style with strong problem-solving skills 
• Basic Excel skills: experience with financial administration systems is considered an advantage 
• Fluency in Finnish and English 
• A team player with strong communication skills and a desire to bring positive energy to a small, dynamic team
