Are you a strategic and commercially-minded B2B professional with a deep understanding of fashion, branding, and partnerships? We’re looking for a driven and results-oriented B2B Manager to join and lead our wholesale at our head office in Vallila, just minutes from central Helsinki.
In this vital role, you’ll be responsible for growing and nurturing our wholesale partnerships. From developing and executing wholesale strategies to identifying new markets and building lasting relationships with key buyers and retailers, you’ll play a central role in scaling our brand’s reach and commercial success.
We’re looking for someone with a relevant experience in wholesale within the fashion industry—someone who’s ready to take the next step in their career, combining strong business acumen with a deep passion for fashion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop wholesale strategy and sales
- Onboard wholesale partners and agents in both domestic and international markets.
- Maintain and grow existing B2B relationships, ensuring sales, consistent communication, excellent service, and long-term partnership value.
- Creating client/sales materials
- Managing showrooms with B2B agents, and if necessary, customer visits in Finland and the Nordic countries
- Track & analyse sales performance
- Oversee B2B tools and platforms, such as B2B Shopify ecom and ERP systems (DAFO).
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience with DAFO & Shopify
- Leadership skills and organizational ability
- Experience in creating sales budgets, monitoring sales, and analyzing sales figures
- Experience in maintaining client relations
- Innovative ideas for sales development
- Passion and interest in fashion
- Excellent English and Finnish; proficiency in French and Swedish is considered an advantage
- Independent approach to sales and proactive in implementing routines
- Flexibility and teamwork cross-functionally with the Andiata team
